Orion Flex RTD Rotary Tower Deluxe Semi-Automatic stretch wrapping machine

The Orion Flex  RTD is the semi-automatic offering, and is upgradeable to a 2-leg gantry stand and multiple popular options. The RTD is one of the most recent additions to the popular Flex Series and represents the latest in rotary tower stretch packaging technology.  These systems can be loaded by pallet jack or lift truck, no ramps required.  There is no weight limit as loads are wrapped while sitting directly on the floor.  Because RT models rotate the film carriage around a stationary load, they are ideal for unitizing even the most difficult loads, including those that are extremely heavy, light, fragile or unstable.

Orion Roll Wrapper (RW-44)

The Orion RW-44 is a heavy-duty semi-automatic wrapping machine designed to stretch wrap roll product by turning the roll on steel blocking rollers while spinning the product on a 14 RPM turntable.  This creates a "cocoon" wrap pattern and provides complete protection and unitization of the roll.  Maximum load size is 60" diameter x 65" length.  Maximum load weight is 6,000 lbs.
